Your final pricing may vary based on your property’s unique requirements. During your free consultation, we’ll assess:
- Site Preparation – What is required to gain access to the yard, as well as fence, patio, deck or tree removal as needed
- Access Requirements – All proposed pricing is based on 7’6” access or greater for equipment. Access less than 7’6” will be reviewed and priced accordingly.
- Grading – retention requirements
- Landscaping – Garden preparation, planting, lighting and irrigation systems
- Site Restoration – Soil and sod repair for equipment access areas
- Utilities – Gas and electrical feeds required from panel and meter to pool equipment

We’ll explain all potential costs during your consultation to ensure there are no surprises. Here are a few to keep in mind:
- In most projects, fencing needs to be removed at the beginning and restored at the end. Existing trees, decks and patios may also need to be removed and replaced in order to get equipment into your yard.
- We can build pools with access as small as 4’, but dig surcharges are added for smaller access projects to accommodate extra time required to use smaller machinery.
